Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyze, and interpret business, operational, and financial data from various hospital units.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance reports for management.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and hospital units.

- Identify business trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improving operational and financial performance.

- Conduct variance analysis and track actual performance against budgets, targets, and forecasts.

- Support management in business planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

- Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards for effective decision-making.

- Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, and other departments to gather and validate data.

- Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Prepare data-driven presentations and reports for senior management and leadership reviews.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and timely availability of business data.

- Support special projects, expansion plans, and corporate initiatives as assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data analysis,



and reporting.

- Experience with Power BI/Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools will be preferred.

- Working knowledge of SQL and data management will be an added advantage.

- Ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM in Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, or Strategy will be preferred.

Experience

- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.

- Experience in the Healthcare/Hospital industry will be preferred but is not mandatory.
