About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work on software, AI, and automation solutions for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and client requirements.
- Conduct requirement discussions with clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements.
- Work closely with developers, AI/ML engineers, QA, and product teams.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Create process flows, workflows, and functional documentation.
- Support UAT, requirement validation, testing, and issue resolution.
- Manage requirement changes, priorities, dependencies, and project documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support end-to-end project delivery.




- Communicate effectively with US-based clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements
- 48 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a software/IT environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and software development processes.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Robust knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and basic technical concepts.
- Working knowledge of SQL and MS Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, APIs, workflow automation, or SaaS products is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with US/international clients will be highly preferred.
