Business Analyst FLEXCUBE/CASA - 10+ Years - Chennai

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Core Banking and CASA Operations to support a large-scale Core Banking transformation program. The role focuses on business readiness, process documentation, UAT, migration, and stakeholder coordination for Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation.

Responsibilities –

1. Drive business readiness activities for Core Banking implementation projects.
2. Define and document CASA workflows, SOPs, and business process documentation.
3. Coordinate UAT, migration, cutover planning, and post go-live stabilization.
4. Develop training materials and collaborate with Business, IT, and Vendor teams.
5. Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and stakeholder management.

Requirements –

1. 10–15 years of experience with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in Banking.
2. Strong experience in CASA Operations and Oracle FLEXCUBE.
3. Expertise in Business Analysis, Process Mapping, UAT, and Migration.
4. Hands-on experience with Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
