Job Role Business & Accounting Trainer

- Deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Business, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Operations.
- Conduct interactive instructor-led sessions, practical exercises, simulations, and case studies.
- Mentor learners through projects, assignments, presentations, and business problem-solving activities.
- Explain complex business and financial concepts using real-world examples and practical scenarios.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide academic guidance, doubt resolution, and individual learner support.
- Contribute to curriculum development, case studies, assignments, and learning resources.
- Develop practical learning content such as tutorials, walkthroughs, case studies, and instructional videos.
- Monitor learner progress, attendance, assessments, and engagement.
- Participate in academic reviews and support continuous program improvement.

Key Responsibilities Training & Instruction:

- Deliver engaging and structured training sessions.
- Facilitate interactive learning through discussions, simulations, and practical activities.
- Use real-world business scenarios to explain concepts.
- Conduct tool-based activities and practical exercises.

Learner Mentoring & Support

- Guide learners through business and finance projects.
- Review assignments, presentations, and project work.
- Resolve learner doubts and provide individual guidance.
- Mentor learners in business problem-solving and practical applications.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback.

Assessments & Progress Monitoring





- Conduct learner assessments and practical evaluations.
- Monitor learner attendance, progress, performance, and engagement.
- Review learner projects and provide improvement suggestions.
- Maintain appropriate academic and performance records.

Content & Curriculum Development

- Contribute to curriculum planning and improvement.
- Develop practical case studies, assignments, tutorials, and learning resources.
- Create instructional walkthroughs and educational videos.
- Ensure learning content is relevant to current industry practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of:

- Business Operations

- Advisory
- Hands-on experience with Excel, accounting software, financial analysis, and reporting tools.
- Ability to teach using business case studies, simulations, and real-world scenarios.
- Experience mentoring learners through projects and assignments.
- Positive understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop practical learning content, assessments, and case studies.
- ERP/accounting software experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- Industry experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Operations, Consulting, or Advisory.
- Experience in EdTech, training, mentoring, or project-based learning.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
