With a strong nationwide presence, we are expanding our operations in Delhi NCR and are looking for dedicated, passionate, and self-driven professionals to support and strengthen our branch operations. Candidates with a good understanding of geriatrics and experience in the home care industry will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the Delhi branch.
- Develop strategies to increase the client base and generate leads for home healthcare services.
- Manage sourcing and onboarding of healthcare workers to ensure adequate staffing and better placements.
- Guide and support the team to achieve branch targets and operational goals.
- Monitor team performance and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
- Maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth and expansion.

Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in required

Education
- MSW / MHA (Preferred)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
