Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall investment activities and day-to-day operations of the branch.

- Achieve monthly and annual investment mobilization targets assigned to the branch.

- Generate current business through customer acquisition, referrals, field visits, and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.

- Explain the company's investment products, benefits, terms, and procedures to customers.

- Identify potential investors and develop new business opportunities.

- Lead, monitor, and motivate the investment team to achieve individual and branch targets.

- Review daily customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and maintain proper customer records.

- Monitor investment renewals, maturity follow-ups, and customer retention.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure all investment-related documentation is complete and maintained properly.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable guidelines.

- Conduct regular team meetings and review branch performance.

- Coordinate with the Area Manager,



Regional Manager, Accounts, HR, and other departments.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly investment reports.

- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity.

- Ensure proper use and safeguarding of company assets.

- Support promotional activities, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
