Position: Branch Head

Experience: 5–7 Years (Banking/Financial Services)

Location: Rajasthan & Maharashtra

CTC: 9 LPA –18 LPA

- Manage and drive overall branch operations and business growth.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve business targets.
- Handle customer acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other business partners.
- Monitor branch performance, sales targets, and team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's market presence.




- Responsible for team hiring, training, performance management, and overall branch profitability.

Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 5–8 years of relevant banking/financial services experience.
- Ex-Bankers with strong branch management and sales experience will be preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
- Robust understanding of banking products, financial services, and branch operations.
