Role & responsibilities

- Drive branch business performance by achieving targets for loan sourcing, disbursement, portfolio growth, and profitability.

- Manage branch operations and compliance ensuring adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

- Lead and develop the branch team through regular coaching, performance monitoring, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

- Monitor portfolio quality and collections by controlling delinquency, supporting recovery efforts, and maintaining healthy asset quality.

- Build customer and channel relationships with dealers, DSAs, customers, and local stakeholders to generate sustainable business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experienced NBFC/Banking professional with exposure to branch management, lending operations, and team handling.

- Solid leadership and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio targets.

- Good understanding of credit, collections, and compliance with the ability to manage branch profitability and asset quality effectively.
