Job Title: BPO Telecaller / Customer Support Executive – Voice Process Job Type: Full-Time Department: Sales Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome : We are seeking confident and motivated Telecallers / Customer Support Executives to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about our products and services, and converting prospective customers into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Clearly explain products, services, offers, and benefits.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain consistent communication.
- Address customer queries professionally and build strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to facilitate smooth customer conversions.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Confidence and professionalism when communicating with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or sales will be an advantage.
