We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide first/second-level IT support to end users. The ideal candidate will have experience using the ServiceNow platform, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver timely and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

- Handle incidents, service requests, and technical issues efficiently.

- Provide proactive support to end users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using various tools and techniques.

- Document and track incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with end users and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Any Graduate degree is required.
