Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, including researching target markets, generating qualified leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, engaging with potential and existing clients, preparing proposals, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records of business development activities.



The specialist collaborates with internal teams to align logistics solutions with client requirements, supports contract negotiations, and follows up to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
