SAP EPM / BPC Consultant (HTD Program for SAC Planning & Reporting)

Experience: 3-8 Years

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in SAP BPC, SAP EPM, SAC Reporting, BW-IP, or similar Planning & Reporting solutions.
2. Strong understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Management Reporting processes.
3. Finance domain knowledge covering FP&A;, Controlling, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Variance Analysis.
4. Hands-on experience in developing or supporting planning, consolidation, reporting, or analytics solutions.
5. Exposure to SAC Reporting (Stories, Dashboards, KPIs, Analytics) is highly preferred.
6. Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and enterprise reporting concepts.
7. Knowledge of SAP BW/BW4HANA, Datasphere, S/4HANA Finance, or related SAP technologies is an advantage.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into planning/reporting solutions.
10. Willingness to undergo structured training and transition into SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and Reporting roles.
11. Candidates from Oracle Hyperion, PBCS, Anaplan, OneStream, or other EPM platforms with robust planning experience may also be considered.
12. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in global delivery environments.
