Biochemistry Floor Manager – JD

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Biochemistry floor operations and workflow.
- Monitor sample processing, testing, validation and reporting.
- Interpret and review laboratory data/results and identify abnormal or discrepant results.
- Monitor TAT, pending samples and reporting status.
- Ensure proper functioning and utilization of biochemistry analyzers.
- Monitor QC, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and safety protocols.
- Review daily/weekly MIS and operational reports and analyze performance data.
- Manage and guide lab technicians/associates and allocate work.
- Coordinate with Pathologists, other departments and management for timely reporting.
- Handle sample discrepancies, repeat testing and critical value escalation.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.

Qualification: M.Sc./B.Sc. Biochemistry / MLT or relevant qualification. Experience: Relevant experience in Biochemistry laboratory operations and team handling preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
