Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler – Interiors to join our interior design and fit-out team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with strong knowledge of interior architectural elements, custom joinery, furniture, false ceilings, finishes, and MEP coordination.

You will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed 3D BIM models and construction documentation for high-end commercial, hospitality, and residential interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities1. BIM Model Development & Documentation

- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit for interior projects.
- Model interior architectural elements, custom joinery, fixed and loose furniture, ceilings, finishes, and other interior components.
- Work with models ranging from LOD 300 to LOD 400, as required by the project.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, naming conventions, and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Generate accurate GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, interior shop drawings, schedules, quantities, and other construction documentation directly from Revit models.
- Incorporate design changes, revisions, and site redlines into the BIM model efficiently.

1. BIM Coordination & Clash Detection

- Perform multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Identify and resolve clashes between interior elements and MEP services, including:
- HVAC ducts
- Fire sprinklers
- Lighting
- Plumbing
- Other building services
- Coordinate with interior designers, MEP engineers, consultants, project managers, contractors, and site execution teams.
- Participate in design and coordination meetings to resolve discrepancies before site execution.

1. Quality Control & BIM Standards

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of BIM models and drawings.




- Maintain and update parametric Revit family libraries for interior finishes, millwork, fixtures, furniture, and other components.
- Follow project-specific BIM standards, modeling guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks of models and drawings before submission.

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
- 2–5 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience.
- Experience in interior design, interior fit-out, architecture consultancy, or similar environments is preferred.

Software Skills
- Autodesk Revit – Advanced proficiency is mandatory
- Navisworks Manage/Simulate – Strong working knowledge
- AutoCAD – Working knowledge
- Dynamo / Enscape – Added advantage

Technical Knowledge Candidates should have a robust understanding of:
- Interior construction and fit-out processes
- Custom joinery and millwork
- Furniture modeling
- False ceiling systems
- Interior finishes and materials
- Interior shop drawings
- MEP service integration
- BIM coordination and clash detection
- LOD 300–400 modeling

Education
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Architecture
- Interior Design
- Civil Engineering
- or a related discipline

BIM/Revit certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional are preferred but not mandatory.

Candidate Profile

- Detail-oriented and technically strong
- Proficient in Revit-based BIM modeling
- Familiar with interior execution and construction details
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Able to understand design intent and convert it into accurate, production-ready models
- Capable of working independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Working Hours Working Days & Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- All Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Interview Process

Round 1: Online Interview with Associate Director – Google Meet

Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview with Design Head & Director

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
