Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architectural & Interiors Modeler to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models, architectural drawings and interior models using Autodesk Revit, based on design drawings, specifications and project requirements.

The role involves working closely with architects, interior designers, BIM leads, consultants and site teams to ensure that models and drawings are accurate, coordinated and developed as per project standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop Architectural and Interior BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Create models from architectural, interior and consultant drawings.
- Develop models to the required LOD and project BIM standards.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, interior layouts and detailed drawings from the BIM model.
- Model walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, furniture, joinery, partitions, finishes and other interior elements.
- Develop detailed interior elements such as custom furniture, wardrobes, counters,



wall panelling, ceiling features and other bespoke elements.
- Create and modify Revit families as required.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate Architectural, Interior, Structural and MEP elements within the BIM environment.
- Identify modelling and coordination issues and communicate them to the BIM Lead / Project Architect.
- Participate in BIM coordination and clash resolution.
- Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, worksets, views, sheets and project standards.
- Incorporate design revisions and maintain model integrity throughout the project.
- Assist in preparing BOQ quantities, schedules and model-based information where required.
- Coordinate with site teams and incorporate approved site changes/as-built information into the BIM model.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
