Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience to join our multidisciplinary design team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM deliverables across disciplines, ensuring model accuracy, quality, consistency, and compliance with project-specific BIM standards. The role requires strong technical proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, along with the ability to effectively coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM methodologies and demonstrate the ability to identify coordination issues, manage model development, and contribute to the successful implementation of BIM workflows across projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Revit models in accordance with project requirements and established BIM standards.
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP models and ensure effective interdisciplinary integration.
- Conduct clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage and identify critical design conflicts.
- Review coordination reports and work closely with respective disciplines to ensure timely resolution of clashes and discrepancies.
- Carry out regular BIM model audits, quality control, and compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to project-specific BIM standards, naming conventions, modelling protocols,



and documentation requirements.
- Monitor BIM deliverables and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission of models and drawings.
- Assist in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), BIM standards, workflows, and project protocols.
- Maintain proper model structure, worksets, linked models, shared coordinates, families, and other BIM-related project information.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and effectively communicate technical and coordination issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Modellers, Architects, and other project team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve BIM processes, workflows, and overall project efficiency.
- Support the implementation of BIM best practices and digital project delivery standards within the organization.

Technical Competencies

Mandatory:

- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Strong working knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
- Valuable understanding of BIM coordination and multidisciplinary workflows.
- Knowledge of Architectural BIM modelling and documentation.
- Understanding of coordination between Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
- Experience in clash detection, coordination, and model quality control.

Preferred:





- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM Collaborate Pro.
- Knowledge of BIM 360 workflows and Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design/BIM software.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification or certification in BIM / Architectural BIM will be an added advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in BIM coordination, preferably within an architectural consultancy, multidisciplinary design firm, PMC, or similar professional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent understanding of BIM processes and model coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within defined timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to model quality.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive approach towards identifying and resolving coordination issues.
- Ability to mentor and provide technical support to junior BIM team members.
