Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify RA Bills, contractor bills & subcontractor bills
- Handle BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and measurements
- Verify executed quantities at site as per drawings and BOQ
- Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB)
- Check contractor bills, work orders and billing quantities
- Conduct material reconciliation and identify discrepancies
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, QS, Project & Accounts teams
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation
- Ensure timely certification and processing of project bills




- Monitor variations, extra items and deviations from approved BOQ

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 8–9 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction
- Robust experience in billing, BOQ, quantity surveying and rate analysis
- Experience in high-rise residential / developer projects preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD
- Strong analytical, documentation and coordination skills
