We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Engineer to manage project costs, prepare quantity estimates, evaluate contractor bills, and ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of construction materials, BOQs, contracts, and rate analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity estimation, and rate analysis.
- Prepare and verify RA Bills and Final Bills for contractors.
- Conduct and verify site measurements as per actual work executed.
- Check contractor bills against BOQ, drawings, work orders, and specifications.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation and variation statements.
- Coordinate with site, project, contractor, and accounts teams.
- Maintain proper billing and measurement records.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of bills.
Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
