Candidate Profile

- 510 years of experience in Bid Management / Tender Management / Proposal Management.

- Experience in IT System Integrators, IT Infrastructure companies, OEMs or technology solution providers preferred.

- Strong exposure to end-to-end bid lifecycle management.

- Experience handling multiple bids simultaneously.

- Government/PSU bid experience will be an added advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.

- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

- Strong Bid Management / Tender Management experience.

- Excellent understanding of RFP, RFQ, RFI, EOI and government tender processes.

- Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

- Strong documentation and compliance management skills.

- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and technology solutions.

- Robust MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
