We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support client acquisition and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, networking, and online channels.
- Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Present Digicult’s digital marketing, creative, branding, and media services to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records and provide regular updates.
- Support the team in achieving monthly business development and sales targets.
- Attend client meetings and field visits when required.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential clients and business contacts.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field can apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation,



and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in client meetings, presentations, and sales discussions.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and branding is preferred.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits when required.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation
- Incentive-based role with attractive performance incentives.
- Incentives will be based on business development and successful client conversions.

Freshers with solid communication skills, confidence, a willingness to travel, and an interest in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
