We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Barista who can create outstanding coffee experiences while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, and equipment.
- Handle billing/POS transactions and manage cash when required.
- Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Support stock checking and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista techniques.
- Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee grinders.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good grooming and hygiene standards.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
