Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Bar Executive to manage bar service efficiently while ensuring excellent guest experience, beverage quality, hygiene, and compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous bar service.
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to specifications.
- Maintain proper mise-en-place and ensure the bar is fully stocked before service.
- Check beverage quality, presentation, garnishing, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service areas.
- Handle bar equipment, glassware, and tools safely and correctly.
- Monitor beverage stock and inform the supervisor about shortages or requirements.
- Follow proper storage and handling procedures for beverages.
- Ensure accurate order taking and coordination with the POS/billing team.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain proper records of bar requisitions, wastage, and breakages.




- Coordinate with the Kitchen and F&B; team for smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow hotel SOPs, FSSAI guidelines, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
- Assist in bar opening and closing procedures.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Excellent product knowledge and service skills.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and detail.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Responsible and disciplined approach to beverage service.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, bar, lounge, or premium restaurant is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training may also be considered.
