We are seeking a highly performance-driven Legal Recruiter to recruit and place top legal talent in 100% permanent, full-time positions with leading U.S. law firms, including Am Law firms.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, qualify, and place legal professionals in permanent roles.
Recruit Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, E-Billing/Billing Specialists, Conflicts, Docketing, Litigation Support, and other law firm staff.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through placement and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and other platforms.
Develop strong relationships with candidates and law firm clients.
Consistently meet or exceed placement, activity, and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
Legal or qualified services full-time/permanent recruiting experience strongly preferred.
Highly competitive, driven, and results-oriented.
Excellent sourcing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
