Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Backend Operations Coordinator with a strong sales background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Excel skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a proven track record of success in a sales-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets to track sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics

2.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations

3.Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions

4.Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

5.Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

6.Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required

Requirements

1.1 to 2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment,



preferably in operations or coordination role

2.Excellent Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and chart creation

3.Proven coordination and project management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and inform business decisions

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams

6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
