? We’re Hiring: B2B Account Manager

? What You’ll Do

- Connect with mid-market & enterprise companies across North America and Europe.
- Identify decision-makers, start meaningful conversations, and generate qualified B2B leads.
- Schedule meetings with VPs, CXOs, and key decision-makers.
- Present IT software, products, and consulting solutions with confidence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Consistently achieve calling, prospecting, and lead-generation targets.
- Keep sales activity and pipeline updated in the CRM.

? What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of B2B/Business Development experience, preferably with IT/ITES/KPO companies.
- Experience working with North American or European markets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior-level decision-makers.
- A motivated,



target-driven personality who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently.
- Experience with Salesforce or any CRM is a plus.
