We’re Hiring: Business Development Representative (BDR)
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven BDR to join our growing team and play a key role in building our sales pipeline.

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers
Book qualified meetings for the sales team
Identify, research, and engage decision-makers across target accounts
Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
Work closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth
Consistently meet and exceed activity and meeting targets What We’re Looking For
6 months – 2 years of experience in BDR/SDR or inside sales
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Comfortable with high-volume outbound (100+ calls/day)
Highly organized with solid attention to detail
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
