We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Claim Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing medical insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from initiation to closure. You will work closely with clients, field investigators, and insurance companies to facilitate the smooth resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and allocate new claim cases to field investigators on a daily basis.
Process and close medical claims through correspondence and relevant online portals.
Analyze medical records provided by clients to understand the nature of the claim and identify key investigation points.
Develop appropriate investigation triggers based on claim details and medical records.
Monitor the progress of investigations conducted by field investigators.
Draft comprehensive reports based on investigation findings and submit them to clients.
Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the Team Leader.
Qualifications
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite,
robust English language skills (written and verbal), excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Education: Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), or a Post-Graduation degree in Life Sciences such as Biology, Bio-Technology, Bio-Informatics, Forensic Science, Microbiology, or Pharmacy.
