Requirements
8–12 years of experience as a Blue Yonder SCPO Techno-Functional or Functional Consultant.
Strong expertise in Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Demand Planning, and Fulfillment modules.
Hands-on experience in Blue Yonder SCPO implementation, production support, enhancements, and AMS engagements.
Experience designing, configuring, and supporting solutions across ESP, Demand Planning, and Fulfillment modules.
Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Experience developing and supporting integrations, custom configurations, and enhancements within the Blue Yonder SCPO ecosystem.
Hands-on experience preparing Technical Design Documents (TDDs), test scenarios, deployment documentation, and support artifacts.
Experience participating in SIT, UAT,



production deployments, and hypercare support.
Robust experience resolving production incidents, service requests, and application issues for business users.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including developing procedures, packages, and custom solutions.
Experience working with Unix/Linux environments, Control-M, batch monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and business operations.
Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive solutions.
Ability to create and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and process improvement recommendations.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum settings.
Blue Yonder certification is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
