Role & Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and social media leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automotive protection and detailing packages.
- Explain product features, pricing, warranty, and maintenance requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
- Schedule vehicle inspections, appointments, and service bookings.
- Maintain customer records, lead follow-ups, and daily sales reports.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Female candidates with 23 years of experience in sales, showroom sales, automotive sales, or customer service.




- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with premium customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic computer operations.
- Strong customer-handling, negotiation, and sales-conversion skills.
- Experience in car dealerships, premium retail, automotive accessories, or detailing studios will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn about PPF, ceramic coating, and automotive detailing products.
- Target-oriented, punctual, and professional.
