Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Automation Test Engineer for a critical Healthcare Application Migration and Transformation project. The role involves automation-first testing, legacy-to-migrated application validation, data validation, API testing, and end-to-end business process validation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for migration/transformation projects. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing. Validate legacy vs. migrated applications and identify functional/data discrepancies.

Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts. Perform API testing, REST API automation, application testing, and integrated workflow validation. Validate large volumes of data using SQL/database validation.

Test healthcare transactions, business workflows, and payment processes. Analyze test results, log and track defects, and support defect resolution. Collaborate with Developers, PAs, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

Support test planning, defect triage, release validation, and production readiness.





Required Skills

8+ years in Software Testing, QA, or Test Automation. Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools. Automation framework development experience. Robust API/REST API testing and automation experience.

Experience in E2E, Regression, Integration, Functional, and System Testing. Good knowledge of SQL, database validation, and large-scale data validation.

Experience in application migration, modernization, or transformation projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Java, Selenium/Cucumber experience is preferred.

Healthcare Domain - Preferred

Experience with Healthcare Claims, EHR/EMR, EDI, 835/837, Payment Processing, Healthcare Payments, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), or Healthcare application migration is highly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
