Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled
Automation Architect with strong expertise in
Selenium Automation, Java Framework Development, Test Automation Architecture, and Banking Domain Testing . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale automation frameworks from scratch, driving automation strategy, implementing CI/CD integrations, and enabling automation governance across large banking transformation programs. This role requires a robust blend of technical architecture expertise, automation strategy, banking domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end automation excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Architecture & Framework Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and Java. Define automation architecture standards, coding standards, and best practices. Develop reusable automation components and utilities to improve productivity.
Drive framework enhancements to support enterprise banking applications. Ensure framework scalability, maintainability, and execution efficiency. Establish automation governance and quality assurance standards.
Automation Execution & Reporting Define automation execution strategies across projects and programs. Build and maintain automation reporting dashboards and execution frameworks. Monitor automation coverage, execution status, and quality metrics. Analyze automation results and provide actionable recommendations. Ensure proper defect reporting and traceability mechanisms.
Test Data & Data-Driven Automation Design and implement data-driven automation frameworks.
Develop
Excel-driven and parameterized automation solutions.
Manage test data strategy and automation data repositories. Improve automation reusability through centralized data management techniques. CI/CD & DevOps Integration Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines. Enable automated execution through Jenkins or similar DevOps tools. Implement continuous testing practices across delivery lifecycles. Improve deployment quality through automated validation mechanisms. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for automation adoption.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership Work closely with delivery managers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders. Provide technical leadership and guidance to automation teams. Conduct framework reviews, code reviews, and architecture assessments. Present automation strategy, progress, and governance reports to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing programs. Mandatory Skills (Must Have) Automation & Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience in
