Work Timings : 10.30Am to 7.30PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Electrical Draftsman to prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and cable schedules using AutoCAD Electrical software. The ideal candidate will work closely with electrical engineers and project teams to develop accurate technical drawings for industrial, commercial, or residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify electrical drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.

Prepare single-line diagrams (SLD), control schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

Generate cable schedules, terminal plans, and bill of materials (BOM).

Ensure drawings comply with relevant electrical standards and company drafting procedures.

Coordinate with engineers to incorporate design changes and revisions.

Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.

Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings after project completion.

Support project teams with technical documentation and drafting requirements.

Required Qualifications





Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and standard AutoCAD.

Positive understanding of electrical symbols, wiring practices, and electrical design principles.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings.

Knowledge of industrial control panels, PLC wiring, MCCs, PCCs, and power distribution systems is an advantage.

Familiarity with MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills

Experience in panel design and electrical drafting.

Knowledge of IEC, IS, NEC, or relevant electrical standards.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
