Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D;) skilled to drive training and capability-building initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for designing and delivering sales, product, process, behavioral, soft skills, induction and onboarding training for frontline and business teams.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA), Training Need Identification (TNI), content development, LMS management, training MIS and effectiveness measurement, preferably within the BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and deliver L&D; and training programs aligned with business objectives and capability requirements.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) to identify skill and performance gaps.
Deliver sales, product, process, behavioral, soft skills and customer service training to frontline and business teams.
Conduct induction and onboarding programs for recent employees.




Develop engaging training content including PPTs, training manuals, facilitator guides, handouts, assessments, e-learning and digital learning modules.
Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, learner enrollment, tracking and reporting.
Prepare and maintain training MIS, dashboards, attendance reports, training calendars and learning analytics.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, post-training evaluations and performance tracking.
Work closely with business, sales and functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and training requirements.
Develop and implement appropriate learning interventions to improve employee productivity, sales performance and business outcomes.
Ensure effective execution of the annual/monthly training calendar across locations.
