SUMMARY: - Highly motivated and experienced associate with a strong background in manufacturing. Skilled in operating assembly line machinery, troubleshooting and problem solving, and meeting production goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.): -

- Assembly of printers & repair of modules under CIJ/NCIJ on time and as per our quality standard,
- Daily Quality, Repair & production reports,
- Maintenance of all machinery & equipment’s in production/Repair center area,
- Follow all safety instruction as prescribed,
- Responsible for trouble shooting in electrical wire harness / electronic card level
- Root Cause analysis for any quality failure in repair or Production.,
- Print quality test & Packaging of product,
- Execute 6S & Own Dover operational excellence activity execution on shop floor,
- Production/Repair confirmation in SAP,
- Inventory counting & matching with SAP value & gap analysis & action plan on gap,
- Checking of quality failed material & circulate status report on daily basis,
- Scrap material segregation & disposal as per protocol,
- Follow all ISO standard like ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2015 & ISO45001/2018- Internal audits.
- Responsible for root cause analysis for logistics claim/OOB/warranty failures, under production & repair activity products. (5 Why, FAST)
- Repair of modules on time & as per our quality standard,




- Responsible for good quality of soldering on PCB or wire connection while repairing modules,
- Root Cause analysis for any quality failure of parts or after module repair,
- Execute 6S & Own Dover operational excellence activity execution on shop floor,
- Checking of field return material & circulate status report on daily basis,

Position/Job Requirements:

Education/Training Required:

- Three-year Diploma in Electronics, electrical, electronics & communication with 4-5 year experience or Two year regular ITI in Electronics, electrician with 8+ year of experience in same field.

Work Experience Required:

- Worked in in-house repair for Electronics board trouble shooting & repairing especially on printers/laptop/computers, OR
- Maintenance or customer support engineer with exposure in trouble shooting & repairing of PSU, boards with good quality of soldering,
- Similar position for a minimum of 5-8 years,

OR
- The experience stipulated above shall be in electronics assembly line, in-house repair for Electronics board trouble shooting & repairing especially on printers/laptop/computers,

electrical/electronic maintenance, customer support/Field engineer in support of office automation/industrial printers.

Knowledge :

- Knowledge of Electronic parts & basic testing knowledge of electronic parts,
- Knowledge of flow diagram, flow chart,
- Knowledge of electrical/electronics testing tools like multimeter & CRO/DRO. Able to measure & calculate voltage & current,
- Ability to read technical specification & manufacturing instruction & ability to read & trace electrical, electronic circuit diagrams
- Light Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
- Must be able to write good English. Spoken is an added advantage but not mandatory.




- Knowledge of operational excellence like lean production, 5S, Kaizen.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
- Must be able to read & write valuable English. Spoken is an added advantage but not mandatory. Proven ability to develop and execute production plans, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting quality standards.
- Proficient in using SAP system to manage production schedules, inventory, and resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex production issues and develop effective solutions,
- Knowledge of operational excellence like lean production, 5S, Kaizen.
- Internal Auditor of ISO 9001:2015,14001:2015 & 45001:2018 in Plant

Skills:

- Good communication skills.
- Good soldering skill,
- Ability for effectively interface with local team & able to report global quality team.
- Ability to work on own initiative.

- Position located in BIWHADI (Rajasthan)
- Might have to work in shift on business needs.
