He/She will lead end-to-end HRBP and HR generalist functions, including employee engagement, retention, culture transformation, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and talent development. The role partners closely with business and senior leadership teams to drive HR strategies, enhance employee experience, foster a high-performance culture, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong HRBP experience, preferably in the BPO/BPM industry, with expertise across all HR disciplines, experience managing teams in a quick-paced environment, and the ability to influence stakeholders, solve complex people challenges, and work effectively in a global matrix organization.
