Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in maintaining security, safety, discipline, and smooth security operations throughout the hotel premises, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, assets, and property.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Security Manager in day-to-day security operations.
- Monitor and control entry and exit of guests, employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrolling of the hotel premises and identify security risks.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and report suspicious activities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security procedures, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Handle and report incidents, accidents, theft, loss, and emergencies promptly.
- Maintain proper security registers, logs, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with Fire & Safety, Engineering, Front Office, and other departments during emergencies.
- Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment and discipline.
- Assist in fire drills, emergency evacuation, and disaster management.
- Ensure proper security during VIP movements, events, and high-occupancy periods.




- Support investigations related to guest, employee, or property-related incidents.

Skills & Competencies
- Valuable knowledge of hotel security procedures and emergency response.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations calmly.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise security personnel.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, fire safety, and access control systems.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of security experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory/security officer role will be an advantage.
- Ex-servicemen candidates are preferred.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
