Role & responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities through direct sales, references, local networking, property consultants, and channel partners.

- Handle incoming leads and proactively generate new prospects.

- Understand customer requirements, investment objectives, preferred location, and budget.

- Conduct property/project presentations and arrange site visits for prospective buyers.

- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.

- Convert qualified leads into bookings by effectively communicating project USPs and commercial benefits.

- Handle customer queries related to pricing, payment plans, availability, specifications, possession, and documentation.

- Negotiate with customers within approved commercial guidelines and support deal closures.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up at every stage.

- Develop and maintain relationships with local brokers, property dealers, investors, and referral networks.

- Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, offers, inventory,



and market developments in Moradabad.

- Coordinate with CRM, finance, legal, and other departments for documentation and smooth booking processes.

- Maintain daily sales activity reports, lead status, site-visit records, and conversion data.

- Consistently achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate/property sales.

- Candidates with experience in Moradabad's property market will be preferred.

- Strong local contacts/network with brokers or prospective buyers will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

- Comfortable with field sales and frequent client meetings.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

- Strong follow-up discipline and customer-handling ability.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
