Job Summary:

To assist in managing the daily operations of the 70-cover multi-cuisine restaurant including buffet operations and IRD, ensuring excellent guest service, team leadership, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Restaurant Operations: Manage complete operations of 60-cover multi-cuisine restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Supervise daily buffet setup, replenishment, quality and presentation as per SOP. Oversee In-Room Dining (IRD) - order taking, timely delivery, presentation and billing. Ensure mise-en-place, table setup, and restaurant readiness before each service. Handle guest reservations, seating and special requests
2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and supervise a team of 7-10 service associates (Captains, Waiters, Hostess)Conduct daily briefing, allocate stations, and check grooming. Train team on upselling, service standards, menu knowledge and SOPs. Prepare duty roster and manage attendance.
3. Guest Experience & Service: Ensure 5-star personalized service and handle guest complaints tactfully. Take feedback,



maintain guest history and build repeat clientele. Coordinate with Chef and Kitchen for menu, food quality and KOT timing. Ensure IRD trays are cleared on time from rooms/floors
4. Revenue & Control: Drive upselling, average cover, and buffet/IRD sales. Responsible for billing accuracy, cash handling, and shift closing in POS (Micros / Petpooja / IDS)Control breakage, wastage and operating supplies. Maintain hygiene, HACCP and FSSAI standards.

Requirements: Hotel Management Degree / Diploma in F&B; Service3-5 years experience in a similar restaurant, with at least 1 year as Asst. Manager / Team Leader. Experience in handling A La Carte + Buffet + IRD is mandatory. Valuable communication, leadership and guest handling skills. Well-groomed and willing to work in rotational shifts Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
