Role Description The Assistant Merchandiser role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role supports merchandising activities such as coordinating product assortments, tracking inventory levels, and assisting in planning promotions and pricing to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with sales and retail teams, monitoring store performance, preparing reports and basic analyses on product movement,



and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Assistant

Merchandiser may also help with visual merchandising guidelines, collecting customer feedback, and supporting marketing initiatives to improve product visibility and align with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and retail customers.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail experience to support merchandising decisions and understand store operations and product performance.
- Candidates should possess Marketing awareness to assist in promotional planning and product positioning in line with brand and business strategies.
- Basic analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets or merchandising tools.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Jaipur and maintain professional relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
