To date, Cloudphysician has supported the care of over 200,000 critically ill patients across 250+ partner hospitals. Our centralized Care Center brings together specialist doctors, nurses, and AI systems to deliver consistent, high-quality care across geographies — effectively operating as a scalable virtual hospital. Our services span ICUs, NICUs, emergency departments, dialysis units, and transition care.

We are now expanding our AI-powered ambient video platform into the US, deploying video-based AI agents to automate clinical workflows and build the next generation of technology-led inpatient care.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring initiatives in the clinical vertical. This role requires a strong mix of execution excellence, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to support rapid organizational growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units




- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, niche platforms, etc.)

- Manage candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, source effectiveness)
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with company brand
- Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

- Collaborate with HR Ops for smooth onboarding and documentation
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and systems

Required Qualification

- 5 -6 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or startup environments)
- Robust experience in stakeholder management and business partnering
- Proven track record of hiring across diverse roles (tech + non-tech preferred)

- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Exposure to AI/health-tech or digital health ecosystems
- Experience in scaling teams in a startup environment
