Role Summary The Assistant Manager - Sales & Specifications will be responsible for driving project sales and specifications for Magicrete AAC Wall Panels across the assigned market. The role will focus on project identification, specification generation, key account management, and conversion of project opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project sales for AAC Wall Panels.
- Drive specifications and product approvals with architects, consultants, PMCs, developers, and contractors.
- Identify upcoming projects and develop a strong project pipeline.
- Manage key project accounts and drive prospect conversion.
- Track project approvals, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, PMC consultants, structural consultants, and key project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales and project pipeline MIS.





Required Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

Experience & Industry Background

- 4-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, Specification Sales, or Building Materials.
- Experience in PUF Panels, PEB, fa ade systems, architectural products, or building envelope solutions will be preferred.
- Strong network and working experience with architects, PMC consultants, structural consultants, developers, and key project stakeholders.
- Ability to drive specifications, generate business opportunities, and manage project-based sales.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, communication, and project coordination skills.
