Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor production plans to achieve output, efficiency, and seamless workflow across processes

- Oversee lasting operations to ensure product quality, alignment, and consistency

- Drive in-process quality control, resolve defects, and improve Right-First-Time (RFT)

- Manage manpower, including deployment, performance, and skill development

- Ensure machine efficiency through maintenance coordination and downtime reduction

- Control material availability, consumption, and adherence to FIFO/traceability practices

- Lead continuous improvement, safety compliance, and maintain reporting/MIS systems

Key Requirements

- Bachelor s Degree / Diploma in Footwear Technology, Leather Technology, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering





- 5-10 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, with minimum 3 years in lasting operations.

- Robust knowledge of leather, synthetics, toe caps (steel/composite), counters, insoles, adhesives, and safety shoe standards.

- Experience working in PU injection / DIP shoe environments preferred
