Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala is now hiring for Assistant Manager in our Production unit for our Thaikkattussery unit and Chuvanamannu Unit.

Qualification ; BAMS / MD

Experience - 1-3 Years of experience in manufacturing

Key Responsibilites

- Supervise daily manufacturing activities in the process area.
- Monitor critical processing stages, including Pakam of Taila, Ghrutham, Leham, and other Ayurvedic formulations.
- Verify raw materials before batch initiation and during processing.
- Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and related production documents.
- Monitor in-process quality parameters and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, Master Formula Records (MFR), and Schedule T requirements.
- Monitor hygiene, housekeeping, and line clearance in the process area.
- Supervise production personnel and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
- Coordinate with Stores, QA, QC, and Packing departments for smooth production flow.
- Ensure timely updating of production data in the ERP system.
- Ensure secure, efficient,



and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, raw materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Sound understanding of GMP, SOPs, MFR, BMR, and Schedule T requirements.
- Knowledge of in-process quality control and documentation practices.
- Team supervision and manpower management skills.
- Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
- Basic computer and ERP proficiency.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to monitor production efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
- Leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
