MT Non-Pharma (Vending Machine)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and revenue growth for the Non-Pharma/Vending Machine business across assigned Modern Trade accounts.
- Identify and onboard new Up-to-date Trade outlets, retail chains, and strategic locations for vending machine placement.
- Manage relationships with Modern Trade partners and key accounts to ensure business growth and smooth operations.
- Plan and execute vending machine placement, product assortment, visibility, and promotional activities across stores.
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and vendors for timely installation, replenishment, and maintenance of vending machines.
- Monitor machine performance, product availability, sales, stock movement,



and outlet-wise business metrics.
- Conduct regular market and outlet visits to identify business opportunities, operational gaps, and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective merchandising, branding, and product visibility at vending machine locations.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports, track targets, and take corrective actions to improve sales and machine productivity.
- Manage commercial discussions with partners and support negotiations, agreements, and expansion plans.

Qualification: Graduation Travel: Travel is required.
