Role & responsibilities

- Oversee all financial, accounting, and statutory compliance operations at the manufacturing plant. Acts as a strategic financial partner to the Plant Head, driving cost optimization, safeguarding assets, and ensuring robust internal controls

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal Candidate

- CA – Inter or Cost &
- Management Accountant (CMA / ICWA)





- 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance or plant accounting.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP (FICO / MM / PP modules) or Oracle

- Exceptional data analysis skills using MS Excel, Power BI

- Minimum 7-8 years inside a manufacturing plant ecosystem (Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Chemicals, Heavy Engineering).

- Should have ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-finance plant operators

- Should have good experience GL, AP, AR, and fixed asset accounting

- Should have good audit coordination experience – Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits

- Should have valuable experience developing and implementing Internal Controls

- Should have good experience in costing, budgeting and variance analysis

- Should have hands on experience in Statutory Compliance and taxation – GST, Customs, Excise, TDS, Income Tax

- Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore Location.
