Role & responsibilities

- Take ownership of qualified B2B meetings and opportunities generated by the Pre-Sales team.

- Engage with real estate developers to understand their business, project requirements, and operational needs.

- Pitch appropriate contracting/business models based on developer requirements.

- Evaluate opportunities and recommend the right structure, commercial model, and engagement approach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, promoters, and key decision-makers.

- Lead commercial discussions and negotiate pricing, scope, commercials, and key terms.

- Drive opportunities from initial meeting through negotiation and term-sheet stage.

- Own the overall conversion of B2B opportunities into signed developer tie-ups.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as Pre-Sales, Design, Projects, Finance, Legal, and Operations to facilitate closures.

- Maintain a healthy B2B pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities.

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential developer partnerships in Bangalore.





- Prepare regular business development reports covering pipeline, conversions, tie-ups, and OBV.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- 10-12 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in real estate, construction, prop-tech, or related sectors.

- Proven experience in dealing with real estate developers/promoters and senior decision-makers.

- Strong consultative selling and relationship-management skills.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and commercial acumen.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate commercial solutions.

- Strong ownership of the sales cycle, from chance identification to closure.

- Good understanding of the Bangalore real estate and developer ecosystem would be an advantage.
