Ensure specialty coffee quality, service standards & SOPs are followed. Handle staff coordination, rosters, inventory and daily operations. Maintain excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns. Support sales, upselling and overall café performance. Requirements: 2–4 years of café/F&B; experience, preferably from a specialty coffee background. Solid leadership, communication and operational skills.
