Position: ServiceNow Developer – Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Skills:
12+ years of overall IT experience with robust ServiceNow development background.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM / HAM Pro implementation.
Robust knowledge of Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, Discovery, and Procurement workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, ACLs, Glide APIs.
Strong experience in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Good understanding of hardware asset lifecycle, stockroom management, inventory audits, model normalization, and compliance tracking.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with tools like SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise systems.
Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Ability to work with architects, business analysts, process owners, and client stakeholders.
