Job Description:
Analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural repair, retrofitting, rehabilitation, restoration and renovation projects.
Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Prepare rate analysis for labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor works.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions within stipulated timelines.
Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Contracts and Engineering teams.
Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions and cost-optimization prospects.
Prepare project budgets, cash-flow forecasts and resource-planning estimates.
Maintain tender records, estimation databases and bid documentation.
Assist in post-tender negotiations and contract finalization.
Monitor market rates and industry trends related to repair and rehabilitation works.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards and statutory regulations
