AV Morular is looking for a Junior Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to handle day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally, purchase bills, and sales bills and should be comfortable maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally.
Enter and maintain purchase bills and sales bills.
Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
Record sales and purchase transactions in Tally.
Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and accounting documents.
Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Reconcile basic accounting records and identify discrepancies.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing-related matters.
Prepare basic reports and statements as required by management.
Support the senior accountant/management with routine accounting tasks.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Tally.
Knowledge of Purchase & Sales Bill Entry.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable attention to detail.
Basic MS Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
Candidates with experience in trading or wholesale businesses will be preferred.
Should be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage routine accounting activities.
Compensation & Working Hours
Salary: 20,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
